ICSQA 2021 Membership Application (Excel file download)
ICSQA organization takes in only individual membership. For this purpose,
the membership fee may be paid either by the individual or directly by
the institute or organization in which the individual works.
You may also be interested in applying for Outreach Membership with the Society of Quality Assurance with which ICSQA is affiliated. SQA Outreach membership is free for QA students and professionals who reside in India and provides the same benefits of paid membership, except for voting privileges and eligibility for elected office.
